Product Introduction
The BXY63 series piezoresistive pressure transmitter is composed of foreign original isolation film piezoresistive sensors or ceramic piezoresistive sensors and high-performance specialized amplification circuits installed in a stainless steel shell. The sensor has been automatically tested by computer and compensated for wide temperature using laser resistance adjustment technology, widely used in the field of pressure measurement and control.

5、 Debugging
Adjustment of zero point and range: The zero point and range of the transmitter can be continuously adjusted after opening the cover. (Z) It is a zero point potentiometer, and (S) is a full point potentiometer. Adjustment method: Use a pressure calibration source to adjust "Z" at zero pressure
The potentiometer sets the output current to 4mA. After adding the full range pressure value of the transmitter, adjust "S" to make the output current reach the full scale value of 20mA. Repeat this several times to adjust to the standard requirements.
Note: ① Transmitters are factory debugged and generally do not require customer testing. ② Sealed and non adjustable.
VI. Precautions
(1) Please connect the wires correctly according to the diagram. If the connection is reversed, there will be no signal output due to the use of protective measures inside the transmitter. The transmitter can work when connected to the power supply, but the output signal is stable and reliable after preheating for 30 minutes. (2) To improve anti-interference ability, please connect the shielding wire to the shielding wire (or ground) of the measurement and control instrument. (3) This transmitter is used in media that are non corrosive to silicon and stainless steel (except for special anti-corrosion types). (4) The maximum pressure that can occur in the tested system cannot exceed the rated overload value. The back pressure end of the transmitter cannot be connected to conductive or corrosive liquids or gases, and the air vent of the liquid level sealed gas conducting cable cannot be blocked. (5) It is strictly prohibited to insert sharp and hard objects into the pressure input hole, and the diaphragm of a flush membrane transmitter cannot be collided with anything such as hands.
(6) The internal components of explosion-proof transmitters have been identified for explosion-proof performance, and users are not allowed to change the model and specifications arbitrarily. The transmitter must be equipped with safety barriers before being used in hazardous areas with explosive mixtures. Safety barriers should comply with the provisions of GB3836.4-83, have been reviewed and approved by relevant explosion-proof examination units, and have obtained explosion-proof qualification certificates.
(7) If necessary, users can open the upper cover of the transmitter and adjust the zero (Z/ZERO) and full (S/SPAN) potentiometers (except for the IP68 waterproof sealed type) during calibration and inspection. (8) It is recommended to install the pressure connection vertically downwards. For ease of installation and debugging, a shut-off valve should be installed between the flange interface and the pipeline. The standard type of pressure interface is M20 × 1.5 (external thread), other specifications of ordering requirements can also be accepted.
